Inn at Clearwater Pond is one of the few bed and breakfasts in the area that is Pet Friendly and Child Friendly PLUS we offer hot-air ballooning right from the property!! Our swimming pond is beautiful and the water crystal clear - it is actually drinking water; thus, the name Inn at Clearwater Pond. Need to be pampered? Give us a call and we will arrange for soothing massages, performed in the comfort and privacy of your guest room. Our spacious and well-equipped workout room will allow you to still stay in shape while vacationing.

With old fireplaces of brick and stone, a wrap-around porch, swimming pond, gazebo, pergolas, magnificent country barns and an enchanted guest cottage, this property reflects peace and tranquility. We are within walking distance to the town of Quechee and only minutes from Woodstock Village. Accessible, yet private and far from the bustling city, our guests will enjoy this superb escape.

Just down the road from our Inn is a llama farm that offers a hiking adventure with a llama. They offer guided tours on beautiful wooded trails that lead to the Connecticut River.

Christina's Cottage is magnificent! Old beams and high ceilings, an over sized bathroom, propane stove and comfortable sitting area give this private cottage warmth, atmosphere and total luxury in a true Vermont country setting!

The Skylar Rose Suite is always a favorite with our guests. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. It has its own sitting area and an over sized bathroom. This room overlooks the backyard, horse pasture and distant woods and hillside.

Refunds will be given if cancellations are made 14 days prior to the arrival date. With less than 14 days notice, your deposit will be applied to a future stay or refunded ONLY if we are able to rebook your room.
