Welcome to the Old Manse Inn. Of the many Cape Cod bed and breakfasts, our B&B is a romantic, antique, sea captains manor located in the heart of historic Brewster, MA, Cape Cod - the "Sea Captain's town".

Enjoy a multi-course gourmet breakfast each morning in our Cape Cod sun-filled dining room, relax in one our ample common areas, and take advantage of our ideal location just a short stroll to Cape Cod Bay.

The renovation of the Inn's historic barn created the Vineyard and Nantucket rooms. These new accommodations, have all of the charm, beauty, comfort and warmth of an historic sea captain's house. Amenities including fireplaces, special tubs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, WiFi and flat screen cable televisions. Both luxurious first floor rooms are accessed by private entrances and have expansive views of the Inn's west lawn. The private breakfast area allows you to grab your early morning coffee or late night sherry without having to wander over to the main Inn. The Captain's & Chart Rooms have been renovated to contain air tubs plus showers featuring body sprays.

Brewster is centrally located in the heart of Cape Cod, and offers world class whale watching, golf, fishing, antique shops, art galleries, and restaurants. Conveniently located for day trips to Provincetown, Chatham, Nantucket, and Martha's Vineyard.

The two largest of common areas plus 30 seat fireside dining room and commercial kitchen make a special place for medium size celebrations or meetings.
