Bed and Breakfast Description

The 1896 House Barnside Suites provide a unique and exceptional lodging option in Williamstown. Each Luxury Suite has a different "period" personality and is furnished with hand-chosen antiques.

All six suites have ground floor entrances from an exterior wicker-filled country porch. They offer one grand living/dining/sleeping room, (many 10' ceilings, 48' deep), with romantic pillow topped king size beds (most canopies and 4 posts), and mantled gas fireplaces. There is a large dressing room and a spacious bathroom complete with showers and dual whirlpool tubs.

All suites are equipped with 27" cable TVs and DVD/CD players, free wireless internet, 2-line telephones, data ports, coffeemakers, irons and boards, terry robes, triple sheeted pressed white bed linens, and fine bathing amenities. A full candlelit breakfast buffet is included.

You'll find our Brookside and Pondside motel accommodations enchanting... distinctive... immaculate... memorable! Children are warmly welcomed at both motels.

The '6 House Pub is our popular & upscale eatery with an unusual menu concept and no pricey entrees!

The 1896 House offers 17 acres of natural beauty and country space, with incomparable water landscapes, romantic foot bridges, gardens, and a stately gazebo to embellish the scene. The serene duck pond, with its curved stone bridge, creates a mini Shangri-La at Pondside, while Hemlock Brook winds through the flowering banks and lattice foot bridges at Brookside and Barnside.

Our Spa/King/Fireplace Brookside Rooms go fast! And one must book early for the small, but cozy and romantic "Sweetheart Room" and "3-Room Suite" (sleeps 4), with full kitchen at our "Pondside" motel! They both offer one queen bed and a whirlpool for 2.
