Conveniently located across the street from Central Park, the Inn is just a few blocks off I-65 and only minutes from Louisville International Airport. Churchill Downs, Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center and the University of Louisville are just a few blocks to the south and Downtown Louisville and the Riverfront are to the north. Central Park Bed and Breakfast is indeed central to the many activities available in the area.

Listed on the National Historic Register, this magnificent three story residence, constructed in 1884, displays an ambiance of fine period furnishings and examples of exquisite hand craftsmanship. The Historic neighborhood features America’s largest collection of Victorian homes, and is a wonderful step back in time. A perfect location whether your travels are for business or pleasure.

The surroundings will transport you to the historical period of the original owner, Vernon D. Price. A Louisville businessman and co-founder of Price and Lucas Vinegar Manufacturing Company, Price was an important business leader during the mid nineteenth century.

The architecture of original construction and imported detailing is still visible today in the splendid front porch ceiling, magnificent stained glass windows, oak woodwork, and intricacy.

Most Popular Rooms:

Central Park Suite: A splendid hideaway with a treetop view of Central Park. Features a fireplace, king size bed, sitting area, cable TV/VCR. The large, luxurious bath features a dressing table, a whirlpool for two, fainting couch and a separate shower.

Peacock Suite has a beautiful four-poster Queen bed, an extra queen bedroom for family or couples traveling together. Both rooms have private bathrooms. There is a door joining the rooms for privacy for family.

Guests arriving after 6pm or before 3pm, please call ahead to make arrangements for entry.

Reservation Notes:

One night or 50% on three or more nights deposit is required on all Leisure reservations. Cancellations 14-days or longer from arrival date are subject to a $25 cancellation fee deducted from the deposit refund. Cancellations less than 14 days are subject to a refund contingent upon rebooking the entire reservation. No Shows or early departures will be billed for the full stay on thier credit card.
