Bed and Breakfast Description

168-year-old farmhouse surrounded by trees on 17 acres. Peaceful. Hearty country breakfast. Rooms are designed with guests' comfort in mind. Two spacious bedrooms with private baths are available on the first floor.

One room has a working fireplace. Three quaint bedrooms on the second floor share a full bath. Sitting rooms offer quiet places for reading and listening to music. Available in November, March and April for overnight workshops, seminars and retreats. Hostess is a Mary Kay consultant.

Area Attractions and Activities:

Fall River Marine Museum, Plymouth Plantations, one-room schoolhouse, tour battleship in Fall River, Massachussetts.

Enjoy a game of golf at one of the many courses in the area or spend some time on the river canoeing. Bicycle along the winding country roads. Tour the museum, a replica of an 18th-century farmhouse filled with local artifacts.

Let this country home be the center of your New England activities. Guests usually stay several nights in order to take day trips to such places as Plymouth Plantation, Newport mansions, the City of Boston (all within an hour's drive), Providence, Rhode Island, colleges and the Riverwalk.
