From here, you are close to many of Toronto’s major tourist attractions, the downtown business district and financial area, and hundreds of restaurants and clubs that offer a variety of dining and entertainment experiences for all tastes and budgets.
We welcome pleasure and business travelers with amenities designed to make each guest's stay, whether first time visitor or returning friend, as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Each of our four newly renovated and decorated guest rooms has TV, air conditioning, mini-fridge, coffee-maker, and new bedding, pillows and mattress. Two of our guest rooms feature private four-piece bathrooms, and two guest rooms share a four-piece bath. Some rooms are VCR equipped, and a shared DVD player is available. Although each room is air-conditioned and heated, windows can be opened for fresh air. Each room has an outlet for high speed Internet access, and there is a computer in the common area, free of charge.
Our guests also enjoy daily complimentary in-room tea and coffee, and all are welcome to enjoy the shaded and restful garden.
Twenty-four hour public transit (TTC) is close at hand, as are several car rental agencies. 312 Seaton is a short taxi ride from Union Station (VIA Rail), Toronto Island Airport, and designated drop-off points for bus service from Toronto’s Pearson International Airport.
