Bed and Breakfast Description

Tranquility Base Bed and Breakfast is a large, modern home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Ancaster, with walking and bike trails near the Bruce trail, and three high end restaurants nearby and great pubs in town.

We are in the former Town of Ancaster with the neighboring Dundas Flamboro,and Stoney Creek these municipalities have become part of the City of Hamilton in 2005

Tranquility Base Bed and Breakfast is less than fifteen minutes to downtown Hamilton, Copps Coliseum, Hamilton Place, Dundurn Castle, Hamilton Royal Botanical Gardens


We cater to guests that come to the area for weddings and visiting family, and is ideally located for vacation travelers who want a unique experience. Your hosts have an excellent knowledge of local interests, walking trails, museums, restaurants.

Our family room and extensive library of light reading are available to our guests. The coffee pot is usually on and our full farm breakfasts are limited only by your diet or your imagination. Dinners are available upon request.
