Welcome to John Morris Manor, our bed and breakfast is open to guests year round. The Manor is also available for intimate functions and serves as a meeting place for clubs and associations.

Bed and Breakfast Description

The John Morris Manor features five large, comfortably furnished guest bedrooms, three with private baths and two with a shared bath.

The majority of the common areas on the first floor are open to guests including two parlors, the dining room, and a den with fireplace. In summer, guests may relax by the full-size, in-ground swimming pool. The two bedrooms in the north wing are designated as "pet friendly" for dogs and their well-behaved owners.

Tony and John are very grateful for the warm welcome and genuine support they have received from the Seneca Falls community. Their goal has been to create a bed & breakfast that epitomizes the warmth, generosity, and caring spirit of the people of this most beautiful part of the Finger Lakes region.

The Pool Room is located on the first floor overlooking the swimming pool area. It has a working fireplace, queen-size bed and private bath with stall shower and Jacuzzi for two.
