Bed and Breakfast Description

Guest accommodations are provided in the Victorian main house and an 1850's carriage house. Each guestroom is uniquely decorated and has a private bath, A/C, and either a double, queen or king-size bed. Several have working fireplaces and color TVs. All are non-smoking and comfortably furnished with antiques and period reproductions. The charming guest rooms have been named after favorite garden flowers, each offering its own romantic flavor and blooming with wonderful colors and fabrics too. Secondary themes prevail within the rooms as well, such as a hunt theme in the Ivy Room and a music theme in the Lily Room. The attention to detail adds an extra note of comfort and elegance.

Guests are also drawn to the alluring atmosphere outside -- the back porch, gardens, gazebo and lily pond all invite leisure.

A generous continental breakfast is served daily and includes everything from freshly baked pastries, homemade granola, fruit salads, fresh-squeezed juices and specially blended coffee. On Sundays, a hot entree such as a vegetable quiche, an egg casserole or blueberry stuffed french toast is served.

Guests can also also help themselves to coffee and tea makings throughout the day in the guest pantry.
