Bed and Breakfast Description

Escape to a resort-like atmosphere with beautiful flowers and over 100 potted plants, peaceful scenery and a 20 x 40 in-ground pool.

Enjoy the shaded walking path with park bench to sit and talk in a cool breeze. Sip on your favorite beverage while enjoying friends by the pool. Watch the hummingbirds, boats passing and other wild life from the spacious sun room.

While at The River House enjoy the warm and relaxing Common Room. Always decorated for the season, the common room offers a variety of past time options. Relax by the fire with a good book as music fills the air, or catch the game on the 65" HDTV. A game system and large collection of DVDs is also available.

Owensboro is known as "a city of festivals." Each year, the world-famous International BBQ Festival and the Summer Festival draw thousands of spectators and participants from across the country and around the world.

Executive Cottage: King size oak bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic top stove, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom features a large whirlpool tub encased in ceramic tile and mirrors for a romantic setting.

Emerald Room: The extra large room features a king size cherry four poster bed and private bath. The sliding glass door leads to your own private deck with a view of the mighty Ohio River.
