Bed and Breakfast Description

Our B&B is located in a quiet wooded area, on a ridge overlooking the Alaska Range, where on a clear day, you can see the top of North America -Mt. McKinley (also called Denali). Situated only 5 miles from beautiful downtown Talkeetna (10-min drive), access to hiking and biking trails, lakes and rivers, nature sightseeing, scenic flights, other outdoor adventures and downtown attractions, is convenient while enjoying beautiful scenery and a peaceful comfortable rest at Grace and Bill's.

We offer a clean and comfortable home setting and full/continental breakfast at reasonable rates. We have five double-occupancy bedrooms housed in two new buildings. The Main B&B, which houses Rooms 1-4, was built in 2000. Around the back of the 2nd house (built in 2004, the family residence) is an attached cabin which we refer to as Room 5. Three rooms (Rooms 1, 4, & 5) are with private baths and two (Rooms 2 & 3) share a bath. Small groups and families are welcome.

Continental and full breakfasts are served from 7am to 9am in the Main House.

Most Popular Rooms:

Room 1: The largest room with a great view of the Alaska range. It has a private bathroom and a viewing deck. It is furnished with a queen sized bed and a full sized pull-out futon bed.

Room 4: Another room with a great view of Mt. McKinley. It has a private shower room and a private entry. It is furnished with a queen sized bed and a full sized pull-out futon bed.
