Located on a quiet residential street in historic downtown Rehoboth Beach, the inn is within easy walking distance to all that Rehoboth has to offer. The Delaware Inn is just steps to the town's sandy white beaches, fine dining, clubs, shops and boutiques.

The B & B is decorated to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The common rooms are country colonial style and each guest room has a different theme. Breakfast is served on our sun-filled front porch.

One of Rehoboth's most welcoming Bed and Breakfasts, the inn is located just 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk on a charming residential street. The B & B offers a quiet place for romance, reflection and rejuvenation. The rooms are decorated with bright new baths and an emphasis on comfort and meticulous housekeeping. In the quiet season the Inn offers retreats and workshops.

Most Popular Rooms:

The Magnolia Room is the largest of the Inn's guest rooms. The room has two double beds, cable television, and private bath. The room also features a marble top chest, an armoire and interesting art.

The Condo at 57 Delaware offers 2 private bedrooms, 2 private baths, sitting room, dining area, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Two sides of the living room have windows. The deck is furnished. Children are welcome here.
