Bed and Breakfast Description

Built in 1857 this historic village home has been carefully restored to offer Eddington House guests a wonderful Vermont experience. The Eddington House features spacious rooms and suites with newly renovated private baths, wide board hardwood floors, high ceilings and beautiful moldings and has been simply decorated to provide a tranquil and comfortable environment.

With only three guest rooms, you'll enjoy a relaxing stay with privacy rarely found in larger resorts. Innkeeper Patti Eddington lives in the attached barn but is available at any time with the push of a button.

Enjoy gourmet breakfasts & endless desserts each day at the Inn as well as personal assistance with things to see and do in the area.

Relax in the Vermont Marble Courtyard & stroll through the beautiful gardens surrounding this historic North Bennington village bed and breakfast.


Rates are based on single or double occupancy per room and include breakfast.
All rates are subject to a 9% Vermont Sales Tax.
*Additional charge of $25 per night on Friday and Saturday evenings from mid-Sept to the end of October.

The Fair Suite - Our spacious and elegant upstairs suite offers a view of the village & beautiful gardens. The suite features a four poster bed & separate sitting room as well as a large bath with double walk-in shower and marble sink.

The Village Suite features floor to ceiling windows and is located on the ground floor of the Inn. The suite is spacious and elegant with a luxurious queen bed and antique furnishings, sunny sitting room and nicely appointed private bath.
