The Weller House received a complete restoration and renovation including reconstruction of the water tower, the tallest structure in Fort Bragg. Guests can ascend it for whale watching, or for a commanding view of the ocean, town, and mountains.

The crown jewel of this historic beauty is the virgin redwood ballroom with cathedral ceiling paneled in the original close-grain heartwood, illuminated by a hand-forged chandelier. Along with the stunning Weller House Inn ballroom and statue-filled English gardens, each room is individually crafted. All have private baths and Victorian appointments. Each of the ten guest rooms offer comfort, privacy, and quiet. Hand painted tiles, marble and fireplaces, beautiful stained glass, fluffy down comforters, and other thoughtful details result in a luxurious escape.

A typical Weller House breakfast might include fresh squeezed orange juice, breakfast pastries, eggs, muffins, local organic bacon or sausage from our local farms, fresh fruit salad, and plenty of tea and locally roasted coffee.

Drive ten minutes to Mendocino with its famous dining, galleries, and other areas of interest. Ride the Skunk Train or watch the Depot activities from our third floor ballroom! Watch whales from the observation deck of our Water Tower (the highest point in Fort Bragg. Nearby horseback riding, kayaking, and fishing charters.

Aqua: Jacuzzi whirlpool bath for 2. Stunning, hand-painted murals on all four walls by a local artist, large bath with hand-painted tiles, overlooks the formal gardens and towards the ocean. (second bed available).

Fountainbleu: Decorated in French Style in deep blues and rich, dark Mahogany. The high bay in the corner of the room features three stained glass windows, which look out onto the Victorian gardens and fountain.
