Bed and Breakfast Accommodations

The Big Thompson River runs around us in a circle, leaving us on a peninsula, so we have lots of privacy. We are just 1 1/2 miles outside of town, close to dining and shopping and Rocky Mountain National Park. Wildlife is abundant on our 5 acre property, and fishing is great.

Each summer happy couples come to be married on our riverside dock, or under the big cliffs by the river. We do any type of ceremony you wish, and we design it to fit you. We specialize in elopements, and small weddings. Innkeeper is a non denominational wedding officiant.

Dripping Springs has Cabins for Families, Couples or Singles. Our Family Friendly Cabins are perfect for small family groups, featuring private hot tubs and river views. We welcome families with children in this section where there is ample room for themto enjoy nature.They are pet friendly with prior arrangements. This is the perfect spot for reunions and corporate retreats.
