Our 9 guestrooms are individually decorated, and all are unique, offering a relaxing venue after a day of sightseeing or meetings. All rooms have private bathrooms, cable TV, voicemail and data ports on the phones.

Our rates include a delicious continental breakfast including homemade granola, pastry, fresh fruit and beverages. Swann House is conveniently located just 4 blocks away from the Dupont Circle metro stop.

Regent Room: Lounge in front of the fireplace on the king size bed, or soak in the Jacuzzi tub in the mirrored bathroom w/double-marble shower. This large and elegant 2nd floor room gets lots of light.

Il Duomo: Named after the famous cathedral in Florence, this romantic room has a king size bed, fireplace, vaulted ceiling and a charming bathroom in the turret with a clawfoot tub.
