Spend the day on "our" beach, sleep to the sound of the surf, and awaken to a gourmet breakfast. Guest rooms are furnished in antiques and contemporary furnishings, fine linens and some have an ocean view balcony. Each room has a private full bath, some have whirlpool tubs. Windemere has the luxury and privacy of yesterday with all the comforts of today.

The Bed and Breakfast offers rooms in the Main House, Cottage and the Carriage House Suite.

We're located on one of the Melbourne's famous natural beaches where turtles nest; space shots are viewed, and seashells abound. Spend peaceful, romantic hours in sun and surf, sun bathe or swim.

Our Beachside Pergola is a very special place for a small wedding or renewal of vows. The white chippendale railings and pergola are unique and beautiful. With all of the romance and ambiance of a beach wedding without getting sand in your shoes, unless, of course you want to!

Choose a simple ceremony for up to 50 performed by our notary, or reserve the entire Inn for ceremony and reception for up to 36. Weddings may be held with or without a reception. Site fees begin at $300. Call for details.

Windemere is a luxury ocean front B&B with private beach access. Area dining is exceptional with casual and fine options, some within walking distance. Sea turtles nest May-October and space launches are easily visible. Orlando, with so many attractions, is one hour west. Vero Beach is 45 min. south, and Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral are 40 min. north.
The Melbourne area hosts many crafts, the arts & a variety of entertainment, as well as cultural & food and wine festivals annually. You may email us for a schedule. Surrounding parks & preserves offer biking, fishing, kayaking & exploring nature. Windemere is ideal for small weddings, receptions, family gatherings and business retreats. It is like having a private ocean front estate, complete with staff!

Every room is "favorite" to many guests. Each is unique, some with private balconies, some with jacuzzi tubs, most with ocean views. All rooms have spacious, modern private bathrooms. "Sea Breeze" in the Cottage is our grandest room of all.
