The Grand Guest House exudes Key West charm in a totally un-touristy Old Town Key West neighborhood. If you prefer a good night's sleep over the noise of Duval Street, but you want to be within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries, beaches, the Southernmost Point, and Hemingway's House you'll love our location. We're just five short blocks to Duval Street and five blocks to the beach.

All of our rooms feature private baths, queen beds, private outside entrances, A/C, in-room phones, cable televisions with premium channels, ceiling fans, small refrigerators, free WiFi and some have kitchenettes. Children ages 12 and older are always welcome. All rooms are non-smoking. An extended Continental breakfast is included.

Our specialty is our knowledge of everything local. We provide local maps and steer you to all Key West has to offer. From restaurants to snorkeling to shopping and special events, we've been there and done that so there are no surprises, just the best choices.

We are located five short blocks from Duval Street and five blocks from Higgs Beach, on the Atlantic side of the island. Season rates start at $198, off season rates start at $98.
