Area Attractions and Activities:

Our peaceful setting, overlooking the Indian River Lagoon, is an enticing location for couples of all ages; a tempting base for boaters, kayak and canoe paddlers, fishermen and golfers; and is quiet restful place for those in the area for business.

We are between the cities of Melbourne and Vero Beach. The drive south from the Melbourne area on U.S. 1, bringing you along the Indian River Lagoon, has been named one of the most beautiful scenes on the east coast.

An easy stroll along the waterfront will lead you to historic museums, dockside dining, live entertainment, shopping and to Riverside Park complete with picnic tables, docks, and art and craft shows. The more adventurous can go sky diving, kayaking or even go deep sea and river fishing. Scenic ecological cruises on the Indian River Lagoon will give you an up close look at manatees, dolphins and Pelican Island, home of America’s First National Wildlife Refuge.

The Sembler Suite: Premier room on the 2nd floor with a wonderful view of the Indian River and out nearly famous “Kissing Palms”. Features a kitchenette, living room area with a futon sleeper sofa, cable TV with DVD, dining table and 2 chairs.

Standard King Suite: Seated living area, recliner, cable TV, table with 2 chairs, kitchenette with micro/fridge/coffee maker/dishes. Separated bedroom area has a king size bed. Full bath/hair dryer.
