Built in 1898 with all the grandeur of the Victorian age, this mansion remains one of the most stately homes in Rockland, Maine and one of the Rockland/Camden area's premier B&B inns.

The inn is recognized for providing elegant and luxury accomodations but with real Maine comfort that encourages our guest to have midnight pie raids in the pantry! The inn is a certified Environmental Hospitality Leader for our green practices and named by TripAdvisor in 2008 as a Top US B&B. The inn is located in a quiet residential neighborhood (NOT on RT 1)walking distance to the downtown shops and harbor.

Enjoy a full, multi-course breakfast in our elegantly appointed dining room. Choose an intimate table for two by the window or ask us to set up a table if you are traveling with a larger party. We willingly offer alternate menus to accommodate special dietary needs or food allergies. Evening sweets featuring homemade pies made by the Berry Manor Inn Pie Moms (featured on Food Network) are just one of the many treats we offer our guests.

Our guest rooms are each uniquely decorated but all appointed with the same attention to detail aimed at anticipating our guests travel needs. Free WiFi, Flat Screen TVs, in room A/C & Heat controls, high-end toiletries,& robes are all standard.

Room 12: A hand-carved four poster king canopy bed draped in flowing silk fabric is the centerpiece for this luxury room. A corner fireplace, TV, sitting area and a spacious private bath with an oversized 2-person whirlpool tub & custom bodyjet shower.

Room 1: Once the private boudoir for Mrs. Berry house, this grand room features a king-sized mahogany bed, soft double chaise and a working wood burning fireplace with original tile. The private luxury bath has a whirlpool tub with double shower heads.
