Three Pines Bed & Breakfast and Farm is located on the east side of Hancock Point, in Hancock, Maine. It is a short drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The guest rooms overlook Sullivan Harbor, 100 feet away, a footpath leads down to the water.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Our waterfront, timber-framed, passive solar/off-the-grid (solar electric) homestead sits on 40 acres on the shore of Sullivan Harbor, which leads to Frenchman's Bay and the open ocean.

We have two guest rooms, each with a private entrance, private bath, a cozy sitting area, and spectacular views of the water. The first floor guest room has a queen sized bed. The full bath includes a tub & shower combination. The second floor guest room features views over the water, a full-sized bed and a sitting area. The full bath has a shower only. The rooms also feature wide plank pine flooring. Simple cottage style decorating completes the atmosphere for your perfect Maine vacation.

Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the views from our decks and screen room, or take a few steps to the rocky shorefront to take in the vista from Schoodic to Cadillac mountain.

Bicycles and a canoe are available for use. A rollaway bed is available for either room. Our rooms are smoke free.
