Cheltenham, Ontario bed and breakfast: The Top of the Hill
The house is furnished with many family heirlooms and antiques; the perfect place to begin your historic tour of the quaint village of Cheltenham. This historic home was built by the village founder Charles Haines. Owner Shelley Craig is the seventh generation of the Haines family to reside in the family homestead.

Each morning, you'll be treated to a delicious homemade breakfast, catered to your dietary needs.
The Top of The Hill has been awarded Best in Canada 2004, Best Breakfast in Canada 2005 and Best Breakfast in Canada 2006 by Arrington's Inn Traveler.
If you have diet restictions or food allergies, we will glady meet you needs. Dinners can be arranged in advance.
All rooms share a sitting area with cable TV, wireless high speed internet,guest refrigerator, games and books.
A short drive to downhill skiing, in the Hockley Hills.
We have just added a hot tub so this winter relax under the stars, then enjoy the wood burning fireplace in the living room.

Area Attractions and Activities:
The Village of Cheltenham offers you the opportunity to take a self-guided walking tour of 15 historical sites as designated by the Town of Caledon, including The Top of the Hill, the Haines Mill and Fred Haines' General Store.

Go antique hunting and visit the Cheltenham Badlands, a picturesque outcropping of Terra Cotta clay left by the last Ice Age. Enjoy golf at numerous local courses and fish the Credit River.

Gould Room: This intimate room features a sleigh bed and overlooks the secluded backyard. The Gould Room includes a queen sized bed and a private 3-piece bathroom.
Chopin Room: This cozy room includes an antique pineapple bed plus an additional single bed for children. The bathroom is shared with the Bach Room. Bach Room: This room has a King bed which can be converted into two singles.
