Cobblestone Inn

Nantucket, Massachusetts.

The Cobblestone Inn is a cozy, 18th century bed and breakfast. Built in 1725 and last renovated in 1997, the centuries blend as you walk the two blocks from Steamship Wharf to our quiet cobblestoned side street, in the heart of historic Nantucket Town.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Nantucket, Massachusetts bed and breakfast: Cobblestone Inn

Miles of beaches and misty moors take you far from jangling phones and the stresses of everyday life. Revel in sedentary solitude, or indulge yourself with long walks and ocean sunsets. Nantucket is waiting... Robin and Keith look forward to welcoming you to their home, the Cobblestone Inn, and Nantucket.

Our rooms have queen size beds and our third floor is a two-room suite with harbor views. Each room has a private bath with stall shower, central air, telephone, and TV. We have a guest pantry with refrigerator, icemaker, and microwave. There is complimentary coffee, tea, soda and cookies and a hearty continental breakfast for your daily enjoyment. Typical eighteenth century touches abound -- fireplaces, wide planked floors, narrow closets, tilted doorways -- are echoed in the distinctive decor chosen for each room.

Reservations should be made by telephone as far in advance as possible. Please carefully consider the dates for your stay. In order to enjoy all that Nantucket has to offer, we suggest you try to join us for at least three nights. Stays of shorter length will be accommodated when possible.

Area Attractions and Activities:

Nantucket's fragile beauty forms the backdrop for a multitude of activities. Those interested in outdoor adventures will find a wide range of possibilities from biking to bird watching to swimming and sailing. There are wonderful shops and restaurants, galleries and museums, all just a couple of short blocks away.

Our locations at 5 Ash Street is ideal with most traffic deterred by the street's narrow cobbled surface, yet we are walking distance to beaches, boats, shops, etc. Nearby bike rental shops and shuttle buses make it convenient to not have your car on Nantucket.
