Bed and Breakfast Description

In 1862, “Seasons on Main” Bed and Breakfast was built as a Greek revival era home. Over the years, it has comforted many generations of families. With a prominent location in Norman Rockwell’s village, this historic home is just across the street from the Laurel Hill Walking Trails leading to Laura’s Tower, Ice Glen and Beartown State Forest.

We invite you to step back in time as you enter our elegant home for an experience to remember and enjoy year after year. Our lovely guest rooms are named after the seasonal changes so distinct in Berkshire County. Each room has a romantic and relaxing environment with fresh flowers, Frette linens and soft plush towels, velour robes, down-filled beds, personal bath items, air conditioning, private baths some with claw foot tubs, most with working fireplaces, flat screen TVs and wireless Internet.

It is our pleasure to accommodate special occasions. We are happy to arrange for extras such as additional flowers, wine, champagne and other thoughtful touches.

Explore the numerous historic walks to Ice Glen visiting Laura’s Tower, Prospect Hill and Beartown State Forest. Reservation Notes:

Reservation Policy: On the weekends during June through October all of our rooms require a two night minimum stay. Enjoy a daily complimentary gourmet hot breakfast and high tea in the afternoon with special mixed teas from London along with homemade sweets. To reserve a room, 100% deposit is due at time of reservation for one night stays and a 50% deposit for two or more day stays. All rooms have an additional 9.7% state and local room tax applied. Cancellation Policy: With written notice 30 days prior to to the intended reservation date, the deposit less a service charge of $50.00 will be returned. Within 30 days prior to intended reservation date, your deposit less a service charge of $50.00 will be returned upon rebooking the room. We will make every effort to secure a replacement reservation. We do keep a waiting list for all booked room requests.
