The Marl Inn is a half block from Main Street, easy walking distance to fine restaurants, antique shops, several museums, and the beach.
Bed and Breakfast Description

Bring your bicycles to tour the village, battlegrounds and visit museums. It is a short walk to the National Park Service Visitor Center, next to the location of the last battle of the American Revolutionary War. There are several nice restaurants and shops on the the newly renovated Riverwalk along the beautiful York River. Bring your bathing suit and beach gear and spend the afternoon on our lovely white sand beaches. We are conviently close to many other are attractions including Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, President's Park and Jamestown Settlement. Also within easy driving distance are the Virginia Beach oceanfront, multiple nautical attractions in Hampton and Norfolk, and several military exibits.
The inn offers four rooms with private baths. Three are full suites with bedroom, kitchen and private baths. All rooms have outside private entrances. All are equipped with cable television, warm bedding, air-conditioning and overhead fans. There are several outside sitting areas for you to relax and enjoy a beverage, read a book, or listen to the sounds of the Yorktown Fife and Drum Corp down the street. York County hosts multiple events on the Yorktown waterfront and in the village during most of the year. These include popular beach music concerts, jazz and wine festivals, farmer's markets and craft fairs.

Some of the most popular attractions include the Yorktown Victory Monument, the first custom house in the United States, and the Yorktown Victory Center, which is operated by the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation and includes a museum and a 1780s farm and Continental Army encampment.
