The inn was once occupied by renowned author, Jack Hunter, who wrote the runaway best selling novel, "The Blue Max". Just a short stroll from the center of town and the waterfront, the Blue Max Inn's location is quiet and peaceful.

The Blue Max Inn is a beautifully restored, elegant bed & breakfast located in the heart of historic Chesapeake City, Maryland. This quaint, 19th century village is located along the shores of the famous C&D Canal.
