All accommodations are superbly appointed and offer remote control color TV, individually controlled heat and air conditioning. Each mini-suite features a dining area and a completely equipped, modern separate kitchenette area. Free WIFI internet broadband access in your room and inn public spaces.

Large tiled baths, either two full or queen beds or one king bed, a dining area and a completely equipped modern separate kitchen area. All rooms share a second floor balcony or first floor patio that offer views of picturesque Hyannis Harbor.

But perhaps what is nicest - we also have screens for our windows and our front doors, so that you may enjoy the "sea wind and the salty air" during the Cape's cool evenings.

Enjoy the best of everything that Hyannis has to offer. Being directly across from the colorful harbor means charter fishing boats, harbor cruises, island ferries and sightseeing boats are just a hop, skip and a jump from the Harbor House Inn. You can also easily walk to fine sandy beaches, public parks and the Kennedy Memorial.

Because of our location, you can also easily walk through Main Street Hyannis with its many fine restaurants, lounges, shops, boutiques and interesting historical sites. Within a short drive, are many challenging golf courses. Enjoy summer stock theater or explore numerous antique shops. The Hy-Line ferries will take you from the Cape Cod Harbor House Inn (across the street) to your choice of either Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket islands.
