Bed and Breakfast Description

A winding drive leads up to the gracious oak-shaded home overlooking rolling hills, apple orchard and the meandering river. Guests enjoy a delightful view from every vantage point, and the serenity of the New England estate will carry you back to a time of unhurried leisure.

Enjoy your breakfast as the morning sun warms the dining room through large bay windows. Guests are served freshly baked muffins, a choice of eggs or pancakes, juice, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee, tea or milk.

In addition to the 5 rooms in the main house (4 rooms plus Guest Wing) there are also 2 apartments and a cottage available groups or for longer stays.

It is truly a very exceptional piece of property.

The Guest Wing is a full, self-contained apartment. It has windows on all three sides with magnificent views of the river, apple orchard and fields. Private bath, California king-size bed. Phone and cable TV as well as a new, cozy, fully equipped kitchen.

The Charming Cottage: Located on the Damariscotta river. Completely furnished with a kitchen, cable TV, gas fireplace, phone, linens and bedding. It features three bedrooms, a bath off the master bedroom and a bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub.
