Pheasant Fun Farm is a beautifully converted barn B&B in picturesque Lancaster County. The bed and breakfast features four rooms with private baths and combines today's modern luxuries with the barn's original architectural features.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Pheasant Fun Farm offers four rooms, all with private baths and one room even featuring a whirlpool tub.

Guests are ready to start the day after a bountiful breakfast served in the cozy dining room on a pine farm table, surrounded by locally made fan-back Windsor chairs. Candlelight, sterling silver and the many beautiful dishes Vivian has collected through the years make breakfast a memorable event. A typical breakfast includes juice, seasonal fruit, warm muffins homemade by Bob, and a hot entree. Local produce used when in season.

The Pheasant Room is a large gathering room located on the ground floor. It is suitable for meetings or catered events such as small wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthday and anniversary parties, holiday parties and showers. For the convenience of guests, there are a kitchen and two powder rooms. The Pheasant Room has exposed stone walls and opens to a brick terrace that overlooks the "barnyard" rose garden and the white pergola in the meadow.
