The beachfront guesthouse sits in a mostly residential area between the fashionable Condado and Isla Verde, that means you get to be right near the action without the traffic or city noise. The beach is the main attraction, there are windsurfing lessons close by and watersports. There is a park with a running track and several tennis courts two blocks from the guesthouse. Old San Juan is just 10 mins away.
