The Hawkesdene breakfasts are a bountiful treat with the menu changing daily. From our famous Blueberry Stuffed French Toast, our sinful Baked Oatmeal, to our devine Eggs Benedict Hawkesdene Style, our guests go away saying that they won't eat again until evening! Most mornings you even get a surprise breakfast dessert!

We grow our own herbicide and insecticide free blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries and use them in our 3 course breakfast. In season, we purchase our other fresh fruit from local farmers when possible.

After a day of hiking or whitewater rafting, afternoons can be spent lounging on one our two large decks overlooking Phillips Creek that runs from our own waterfalls and munching on afternoon snacks of freshly baked cookies. Of course there is always our special blend of ice tea, lemonade, or coffee to quinch your thrist.

All of the rooms at Hawkesdene are luxurious and elegantly confortable. Each one has quality mattresses and linens. Our amenities are comparable to spa resorts.
