A country resort style B&B. Waterfront property on the wild, scenic North Umpqua river & the National Scenic Byway 138. Relax & become more in touch with nature. With easy access to the river, you'll find a swimming hole, wooded picnic area with a gazebo, horseshoes, & spots for fishing.

There are 3 rooms & 3 apartment suites with theme decors, private baths, refrigerators & coffee setups. Most have river views, private entrances, extra sleeping arrangements, king or queen beds.

Start the morning with a large country buffet breakfast. If that is not enough, there is a parlor-library, game-TV room with pool table & a large satellite TV, river view decks with barbecues, ping pong, & porch swing.

A fenced-in playground for children. Grassy area for badminton or croquet. Pets are allowed in the Ponderosa Unit with a fenced yard. A great place for a reunion with friends & family. Have a country wedding. All for your fun & pleasure.
Area Attractions and Activities:
In 2003, Oregon’s Highway 138 was designated as a National Scenic Byway by the Federal Government. The North Umpqua River travels along the highway and through the Cascades to Crater Lake National Park with 9+ waterfalls on route. It's internationally known for fly fishing for salmon & steelhead. The natural geological wonder, Colliding Rivers, is in Glide.

Wine tours will let you explore the great beauty of the area, covered bridges & the different looks of the Umpqua. Tour Wildlife Safari, Seven Feather's Gaming Center, Douglas County Museum, Rock Creek Fish Hatchery, Winchester Fish Ladder & Dam. At Douglas County Fairgrounds something is always happening.

Summer - you can take the Logging Mill, US Forests Tours & attend "Music In The Halfshell" outdoor concerts. Whitewater rafting is a favorite. Hike or cycle the North Umpqua Trail, Forest & soak in Toketee Hot Springs. Much more!
