Bed and Breakfast Description

A meticulously designed bed and breakfast whose service and charm reflects a more gracious era. The Inn was built in 1994 to be an elegant home away from home with all the modern conveniences of a luxury hotel. In any season, guests can re-energize in the on-site fitness center. Free high-speed wireless Internet access is available for checking in with the office (or family at home).

Twenty minutes from downtown Pittsburgh.

All nine guestrooms have private baths, televisions, telephones, and sleep machines. Two rooms have fireplaces and one room has its own porch, which overlooks a beautiful flower garden in the summer.

Upon arising, one may smell faint traces of gourmet breakfasts being served in our dining room. On a nice day, the back of the patio is a delightful place to eat and enjoy the fresh air.

Area Attractions and Activities:

Oakmont is a lovely town with many shops, beauty salons, movie theaters, coffee shops, and great restaurants. Nearby are a bowling alley, more theaters, and Alexander's Gym. If you like antiquing, there are many antique shops in Blawnox -- just across the river. For the golfer, We are located next to Oakmont Country Club.

Our suite is our newest, most luxurious room. It includes a private bath, and king size bed. It has a separate private living area including a fireplace, sitting area, large plasma screen TV, desktop computer, and wine cooler.

Room five is a lovely room. It includes a king size bed, a private bath, small sitting area, and a beautiful view of the back yard.
