Bed and Breakfast Description

Relax in the garden or in your room, and enjoy the sounds of two waterfalls at a historic 1884 Gristmill. Ledford Mill is located in a country setting between Tullahoma and Lynchburg.

Offering three unique rooms, each designed to incorporate the original mill's workings. Each room offers a queen sized bed and a private bath featuring a footed tub.

Your retreat provides an ideal atmosphere for quiet conversation, reading, and enjoying the natural surroundings. Or choose from many movies in our video library.

Raid the refrigerator: refreshments and snacks are always on hand in our mill kitchen. A full cooked breakfast is served each morning from 8 to 10 am (dietary needs are accommodated).

For many people, our resident cat is a friendly reminder of pets left behind (even though they'd be welcome at the B&B).

We are only three miles from Tullahoma's many restaurants, stores and services. The diverse cities of Nashville, Chattanooga and Huntsville are less than an hour away. For those folks who are city-shy, we recommend touring our neighborly Tennessee Backroads.

Antiques, crafts, distillery tours, the Walking Horse Celebration... they're all nearby! Jack Daniels,George Dickel, and Pritchard distilleries, wineries, Tennessee Walking Horse farms and Celebration, antique shopping, Civil War and other historical interests, waterfalls, lakes, fishing, golf, Staggerwing Museum, Arnold Air Force Base, and various weekend festivals.

Falls Room: Features wall of Chattanooga shale, gas fireplace, and opens directly to garden. Large bath showcases mill's workings.

Creek Room: Features generous suite with gas fireplace in sitting area. French doors lead to a large private deck with view of creek, falls, and wooded hillside.
