This award-winning inn is off the beaten path in a country setting- just 2 miles from Downtown North Conway with public horseback riding stables. It is on 70 scenic acres along the Saco River and surrounded by panoramic White Mountain views.

Our nine guest rooms are decorated in a classic New England style, providing guests a comfortable, yet elegant ambience. All rooms have Wi-Fi & A/C. Some rooms have two-person jacuzzis and/or fireplaces. Two room family suites area available. A fireside or patio breakfast is included overlooking perennial gardens, horses and mountains. Public year round horseback riding, as well as sleigh, carriage, wagon, & pony rides are available on site.

Inn guests enjoy Saco River swimming & fishing, nature walks, birding & comp. snowshoeing on this private estate.

A 1771 land grant from King George III of England, the property has been passed down in one family for seven generations. A great place to relax and enjoy a peaceful, picturesque and natural setting. North Conway Village is the hub of recreational and cultural activities. This is truly an authentic New England experience! The hosts and staff are very warm & friendly, are nature lovers & knowledgeable of the area.

Stables at the Farm by the River B&B is right outside the door on property open to the public. The inn is on 70 private scenic acres along the Saco River with panoramic White Mountain views. Horseback riding all year -even in the winter, carriage or wagon or pony rides-all year long. Fall Foliage wagon rides through "Maple Sugar Orchard". Horse-drawn Victorian sleigh rides for 2, or join in with others for a group sleigh ride. Stroll through the perennial gardens. Swim or fly-fish the Saco River from the property. Complimentary Snowshoeing (complimentary snowshoes provided) from your doorstep.

Guests enjoy Echoe Lake State Park for swimming and hiking, climb or drive Mt. Washingon. Also available in the winter: downhill ski Mt. Cranmore, snowmobiling and x-country skiing.

Alpine Moose Cottage- This delightfully decorated deluxe four bedroom cottage has views to the horses and mountains, 2 baths one with a 2-person jacuzzi & shower and another full shower bath, TV/DVD, free Wi-fi, full kitchen and enclosed sun porch.
