Keating House
San Diego, California.
Historic Victorian: Keating House, four blocks from the entrance to Balboa Park. Convenient to downtown, convention center, zoo, museums, airport, trolley and the waterfront.
Bed and Breakfast Description

Visit and discover why we've been rated San Diego's best bed and breakfast two years in a row. Keating House is an excellent example of the Queen Anne Victorian residences built in San Diego during the boom years of the 1880's. Inside are four fireplaces and rooms with twelve foot ceilings.
The main house and guest cottage comprise a total of nine bedrooms. The former boasts a large foyer, parlour and dining room, each with its own fireplace, six guestrooms, all with private bathrooms. The guest cottage features two bedrooms, each with private bathroom and a garden suite with a private bath and a full kitchen, ideal for extended stays.
The rooms reflect the color, decorations and furniture of the 1800s. Lush tropical grounds surround the property. Several seating areas in the garden and the front porch, afford the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful moment in either the sunshine or shade.
