Bed and Breakfast Description

The two guestrooms have comfortable queen sized antique beds with cozy down comforters. Plush terry robes are provided.

Curl up with one of our fascinating books about San Francisco’s past, or browse through the many brochures on San Francisco Bay Area attractions.

There is a television with cable in each room and a DVD player if you wish to enjoy a movie. A collection of old movies filmed in San Francisco is available on DVD.

Sit down in the dining room to a delicious breakfast of muffins, croissants, home-made granola, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice and freshly brewed coffee. Decaf coffee or tea is also available.

Relax in the living room with tea (or milk) and home made chocolate chip cookies, share your day's adventures and plan a romantic dinner in one of San Francisco's many incredible restaurants.

Need a midnight snack? There are always homemade cookies in the cookie jar.

We have ample street parking and convenient Municipal bus transportation.

Walk on the beach at sunset or enjoy a quiet dinner at the world famous Cliff House, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Be sure to visit Musee Mechanique, with the largest collection of antique penny arcade machines in the world and Camera Obscura, a life-size walk-in camera.

Just blocks away, with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge, is the Palace of the Legion of Honor, (an art museum) Lincoln Golf Course and newly renovated walking trails There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Nearby is the DeYoung Museum, the new Academy of Sciences and the Strybing Arboretum and Botanical Gardens of Golden Gate Park.

Ocean View Suite: Enjoy a lovely view of the Pacific Ocean from your comfy queen bed, or relax in the adjoining sitting room and watch the sun slip into the sea. The sofa in the sitting room turns into a comfortable double bed. Private bath.

Queen Room: This cozy, bright guestroom is perfect for curling up with a book at the end of a busy day. A lovely private bath has a tub with a shower.

Reservation Notes:

Deposit for first night's stay must be received within 7 days of reservation. If you have not advised your hostess of your anticipated check-in time, please contact her AT LEAST 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. For full refund a 14 day advance notice is required. There will be a one night charge for cancellations of less than 14 days. 2 night minimum stay required.
