A tranquil retreat that will rejuvenate your spirit and relax your body, the Strawberry Creek Inn offers peaceful luxuries and simple pleasures. Just two hours or less from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles and San Diego, the San Jacinto Mountains will envelope you in the rustic beauty of Idyllwild, California.

Over 100 miles of hiking trails; quiet walks along the creek. Strawberry Creek Inn offers five rooms in the cedar-shingled main inn (four upstairs and one downstairs) and four in a courtyard wing. A private cottage is located a short stroll away — through the garden. All rooms feature Aveda bath amenities and luxurious double-layer bath robes. Stay with us midweek and save.

All nine Bed & Breakfast rooms have queen beds and private baths, most have woodburning fireplaces and some have TV/VCRs. Outdoor decks invite soaking up the sun or dreaming in a hammock. The honeymoon cottage has a spa, fireplace, full kitchen, living room and glassed-in dining room.

Full breakfasts specially prepared by your Innkeepers await you each morning - such specialties as puffed pancakes with fresh, organic fruit and toasted almonds, and tasty herb-baked eggs.

An expansive native garden, with decks and hammocks scattered among 1-1/4 acres of forested grounds, helps to make Strawberry Creek Inn truly a place to 'idyll in the wild'. our grounds have been certified by the National Wildlife Federation as an official Backyard Wildlife Habitat.
