Bed and Breakfast Description

The Otter Creek Inn is a favorite spot for a romantic getaway. It is a special, quiet retreat for two people celebrating an anniversary, birthday, honeymoon, or engagement. (However, many business travelers find the Inn to be a great break from their normal routine.)

Although the in-ground heated swimming pool, deck, and gazebo may be your favorite spots during the summer months, from Memorial Day through Labor Day, it is hard to resist cuddling up in front of your own private fireplace on a snowy wintery evening.

We serve full breakfasts every day of the week. Our breakfast menu allows a choice of entrees, serving times, and location to dine. You might enjoy your breakfasts in bed, in the privacy of your room, or in the common area meeting other guests.

The beauty of the autumn leaves make this inn a special place for all seasons.

Area Attractions and Activities:

The Eau Claire/Chippewa Falls/Menomonie/Augusta areas offer many activities for those seeking quiet relaxation. Local antique shops and a small Amish community provide the shopping excursion to find that "special something."

A local brewery, owned and operated by the same family for over 100 years, provides free tours. Bike trails (including bike rentals) wind through the scenic surrounding farming area.

Palm Room: Our largest suite is decorated in hunter, cream, and gold. Wooden king size bed with wall canopy. Gas fireplace, cloverleaf-shaped whirlpool sunken in front of a bay window, and much more! 610 sq ft - first floor.

Violet Room: Medium sized room decorated in maroon and ecru. High mahogany canopy queen size bed. Gas fireplace, semi-heart shaped whirlpool. Like all our rooms, it has a TV & VCR. 326 sq ft - second floor.
