Albion River Inn is a small romantic Inn on the Mendocino coast where you can relax and renew your spirit in a dramatic natural setting. Located above Albion Cove and the Pacific, the elegant ocean view cottages and guestrooms feature spectacular ocean views, fireplaces, king and queen beds, private baths, private decks, and private garden entrances. Many rooms have luxurious spa tubs or double soaking tubs for two. A full complimentary breakfast is served to our guests in our ocean view dining room each morning.

The restaurant and bar are open nightly for dinner and serve the popular Coastal fare of Chef Stephen Smith whose cuisine takes its inspiration from the sea and specializes in perfectly prepared seafood, succulent meats, local produce, and wild mushrooms. The menu is paired with our 550 label wine list and a spirits collection which spotlights a treasury of 130 of the finest single malts. The wine list has received the "Award of Excellence" from Wine Spectator Magazine for 18 consecutive years with good pricing and something for everyone. Our full service bar offers espresso, and boutique local and imported beer.

Every Wednesday at 8:30 pm our Cabaret Night features talented local musicians in a singer/songwriter showcase. No cover, no minimum. Bar service and desserts available during performance.

The village of Mendocino has boutique shops, and art galleries. There is live theater, orchestral performances, and live music all year round.

The Botanical Gardens have 27 acres of gardens that wend their way down to the sea.

Room #3: has a charming 4-poster queen bed, dramatic ocean view, fireplace, easy chairs,large bath with soaking tub for two, private deck, refrigerator, wine, daily newspaper, and full breakfast.

Our innkeepers are availabe from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm daily. You can reachh them by phone at 1-800-479-7944. We offer many seasonal lodging discounts and special culinary events to our guests. Deposit: 1st nights rate is required to reserve a guestroom. Cancellation policy: notify us at least 7 days in advance of your reservation date to receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
