Bentwood B&B

Jackson, Wyoming.

Award-winning "architectural marvel" (Frommer's 2003), a 6,000 sq. ft. log inn with five guest suites, constructed using massive 200 year old logs brought in from Yellowstone Nat'l Park after the great fire of 1988, on 3 old growth acres.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Jackson, Wyoming bed and breakfast: Bentwood B&B

One of the "Top Ten Inns" in the country (Country Inns Magazine) and Ski Magazine "Inn of the Month."

The 6,000 square-foot home, built in 1995, is entirely composed of huge pine logs, many salvaged from the great Yellowstone fire of 1988. The open, slate entry leads into a massive, three-story living area, the Wyoming Room, that features a floor to ceiling river rock fireplace.

Fine English antiques blend delightfully with Zapotec weavings and denim upholstery. A baby grand piano awaits entertaining guests' fingers. Even the cozy library is stocked with classics, and area maps and guides for browsing.

At the Bentwood Inn we strive to use local and organic ingredients while writing our innovative seasonal menus. Unique presentations with creative twists on old favorites always satisfy the appetites of our adventurous guests.

Our multi-course breakfast begins with the warm aromas of fresh brewed coffee, a mosaic of seasonal fruit, homemade muffins and something sizzling on the griddle. Described as “hearty and sumptuous” by Frommer's Travel Guide, guests are treated to a different menu each morning. If your day requires an early start, we can provide everything needed for your excursion.
