Guests are greeted with champagne or sparkling cider upon arrival.

When the weather is just right, our outdoor patio is an inviting place to have those welcome refreshments, full breakfast, or to just sit and relax.

In spring, summer, and early fall our patio provides additional eating, meeting, and reception space.

Each of our three beautifully decorated rooms offers a different experience. And, to compliment your stay, we offer breakfasts ranging from continental to hearty country to gourmet. For those of you who who do not eat meat or dairy, we also offer delicious vegetarian and vegan breakfasts.

We do not have a set menu. Instead, we usually talk to our guests prior to their arrival and determine whether they have any dietary restrictions or foods they don't eat or like. Then before they arrive, I go shopping for the freshest (and hopefully local) ingredients. Our menus are built around what guests can eat, and what is freshest.

We also don't have a set time for breakfast. Each night we ask our guests what time they'd like to have breakfast, and we serve breakfast at that time.

You will also find that Phoenix Risin' is a fabulous place to hold weddings, photo shoots, receptions, rehearsal or birthday dinners, or luncheon or dinner meetings and/or pamper parties.

Area Attractions and Activities:

Phoenix Risin' is centrally located in historic Bolton Hill and easy to get to.

Guests can walk to most of Baltimore's main attractions, like the zoo, the Lyric Opera House, Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, and the Charles Street Restaurant Row.

Phoenix Risin' is also less than 10 minutes away from the Pimlico racetrack (the location of the Preakness) and most Baltimore colleges and universities.
