Town Creek B&B
Fredericksburg, Texas.
Graciously renovated 1890s farmhouse on an acre of land, adjacent to the Fredericksburg Historical District. Main Street shopping, dining and live music is only two short blocks away. Six suites with private baths and private outside entrances.
Bed and Breakfast Description

The original building was built in 1898 as an "in town" family farmhouse. Without sacrificing historical charm, the property has been graciously renovated with central air conditioning, electricity, and indoor plumbing.
Property additions include a Great Room inspired by a hundred fifty year-old stone barn, adjacent Sun Porch, and two detached suites.
A full Gourmet Breakfast is served each day in the Great Room, but breakfast may also be enjoyed in the large enclosed Sun Porch, which is filled with plants or outside on the spacious stone patio.
These areas are also perfect for birdwatching, reading, or simply drinking morning coffee and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Area Attractions and Activities:
Founded in 1846, Fredericksburg was the second colony founded by The Society for the Protection of German Immigrants (Mainzer Adelsverein). Most of the older buildings still retain their traditional German architecture, and Fredericksburg offers an impressive National Historic District. Old German style customs are still observed regularly with heavily attended festivals such as Oktoberfest, Night in Old Fredericksburg, and Wienachten.
Besides its European atmosphere and historic landmarks, Fredericksburg has plenty to offer the visitor. Situated in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, it can't be topped for scenery, spring flowers, and it has excellent fall and winter deer and bird hunting. There are numerous sites to see while in town such as the Fredericksburg Pioneer Museum and the Lyndon B. Johnson Ranch National Park.
The wide historic main street is lined with more than 100 specialty shops, restaurants and cafes as well as historic limestone buildings.
