Built in 1901 and listed on the Tacoma Historic Register, this unique, charming home has high ceilings, arches, and lovely gardens.

Bed and Breakfast Description

A delightful home accented with antique and comfortable furnishings, complemented by modern feather top beds, plush chairs, books, music, plants, and cozy fireplaces to cuddle up next to.

All four rooms (including one three room suite sleeping four) have spacious private bathrooms, TV/VCR, local phones and an endless supply of hot water. A spa is available for guests' enjoyment.
Plum Duff Bed & Breakfast is on the AAA approved list (see AAA tour book) and is listed in Romantic Pacific Northwest.

Area Attractions and Activities:

Close enough for day trips to Mt. Ranier and Mt. St. Helens, Northwest Trek, Seattle, Olympia, Hood Canal, Hurricane Ridge, Gig Harbor, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Port Townsend.

The Plum Duff is about 1 mile from the University of Puget Sound, also close to University of Washington (Tacoma) and Pacific Lutheran University.

Close to local Hospitals, we are 5 minutes from Downtown Tacoma and Ruston Way Waterfront and their fabulous restaurants. Nearby Museums: Natural History, Art, Glass, Train. Many antique shops. Regional malls, parks and Pt. Defiance Zoo & Aquarium are also just a few minutes drive.
