Area Attractions and Activities:

Hiking trails and a year-round stream are all right at your doorstep. Our South Creek trail is also great for runners or skiers and since you are at 2700', it's a fun trail even for beginners.

In the summer: large flower-laden porch for those stay-at-home restful sunny days and evenings, and a delightful fireplace for the rest. Since you are 30 minutes down the mountain to Eagle River, kitchen privileges give you the freedom to just relax.

Hostess Sharon is a travel agent that can make your travel arrangements for day and overnight outings, too. Visit the Zoo, museums, Native Heritage Center, or fish the lakes and streams or fly-out fish for the day. Or why not visit one of the three golf courses, white water raft, horseback ride, kayak, deep sea fish, whale watch -- then come back to the restfulness found out of the city and in our high mountain valley of South Creek.
