Napa's first Bed and Breakfast Inn is still its finest. A beautiful, historic inn located in a Victorian neighborhood is a short walk from Napa's famous restaurants, tasting rooms, the Oxbow Public Market and the Napa River. The convenient downtown Napa location is perfect to explore wineries, vineyards, gourmet restaurants, outlet shopping and Napa's picturesque Wine Country.

Guest enjoy full breakfasts consisting of fresh-baked breads, egg flan's, house made granola, fresh local fruit, organic yogurt, and other gourmet treats.

We find great pleasure in guiding our guests to the best the Wine Country has to offer including those special, hidden places in Napa Valley known only to us!

We have five hideaway guest rooms in our Carriage House where guests step right out to our beautifully manicured gardens from their own private entrance. These rooms all feature an in-room whirlpool tub, fireplace, king bed, & HDTV.

Pet Policy: While we welcome well behaved dogs, we do so with the following expectations: No more than 2 dogs per room. Pets must not be left in your room in your absence. Any damages incurred because of your pet will be added to your bill. We charge a $35 pet fee per night.
