Common areas in the main house of the B&B include a center entry hall living room with a two-story copper hooded stone fireplace; cherry furnished dining room; main living room with 1875 Steinway grand piano, Italian marble fireplace, audio, video and print libraries and parlor games. The solarium and patio are perfect for enjoying the outdoors including the heated spa. The décor theme of Rockledge is best described as comfortable and casual elegance.

Explore the stone terraces and walk the gardens of the four-acre historic Arts & Crafts estate. Enjoy croquet on the lawn, soak in the outdoor spa, or just relax in front of the copper-work fireplace or on the stone patio with a world-class view of Pikes Peak. Located in a lovely and historic neighborhood of Manitou Springs, Rockledge Country Inn is private and secluded, set behind majestic gates of a by-gone era. If you're looking for something for your family to enjoy you will find yourself well taken care of: Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (highest zoo in the US), Flying "W" Ranch Chuck Wagon Cowboy Show (highly recommended), Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Resource Center (Woodland Park), North Pole & Santa's Workshop, and more. Colorado Springs is also home to the U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Olympic Training Compex, and ProRodeo Hall of Fame. Spindletop: 750 sq. ft. with views of Pike's Peak thru 17 windows. Features king featherbed, marble fireplace, sitting area with VCR entertainment center, private Roman spa with oversized double marble Jacuzzi tub & separate bath with double shower.

Greenstone Cottage: Features a queen size cherry pencil post featherbed, fireplace, separate living room with jetted tub for two and big screen TV. There is a private bath with shower and the "cottage" also has a fully equipped kitchen.
