Located in the heart of America's largest Victorian historic district. Gorgeous Georgian Revival mansion and carriage house, rich woodwork and massive beamed ceilings. Historic ladies' parlor. Ballroom and drawing room. Formal courtyard with fountain and over 100 varieties of roses.

We serve a variety of hearty full breakfasts. Typically, we also serve gourmet specialty dishes and delicious breakfast casseroles.

President's Room: A former president of Churchill Downs once slept here. King size bed in large room, private bath with shower.

The Little Colonel Suite: Spacious, bright and sunny room. In a Queen size rococo style bed enjoy a bird's eye view of the beautifully preserved Victorian streetscape. The suite includes a wet bar room with a small refrigerator. Private bath.
