The Ranch House was built in 2007 and includes: Tree Queen Suite with ensuite whirlpool tub, Gulf Coast King Suite with ensuite whirlpool tub, Bluebonnet Queen Suite, Cowboy King Suite, Mexican King Suite, Hill Country (handicap accessible), Frontier Queen Suite, and French Queen Suite.

This place is wonderfully different than anywhere you have stayed before. Explore and enjoy the Cowboy artifacts, Texas history, and whimsical amusements that we have put together in anticipation of your stay. Enjoy an outdoor tub under a shade tree. It is cool in the summer and hot in the winter.

The latest technology is utilized to increase the comfort of your stay. We have keyless electronic locks for your security, tankless hot water for continous hot water and individual climate control.

Why stay in a room when you can have the whole house? Across the street is the charming Craftsman-style Cottage. It was built in 1927 and completely remodeled in 2006. The two-bedroom, two-bath cottage has a living area and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable sofa and chairs abound. Enjoy the convenience of your own washer and dryer. Fiber optic television provides over 160 channels. Wireless fiber optic Internet access is also included. Children are welcome at the cottage.

You will be two minutes from the South Irving train/transit station. The train can be your link to and from the DFW airport, downtown Dallas, downtown Fort Worth, food, entertainment, Bell Helicopter manufacturing plant, hospitals and other transit stations. The Inn was built in 2007 to reflect Texas and its history. Each suite is fun and unique. Every guest has their favorite and every suite is clean and beautiful. We offer king and queen beds with Stearns & Foster mattresses. Some suites have a hot tub.

The Tree Suite has a whirlpool tub in the bedroom and a queen size Stearns & Foster mattress. The Gulf Coast Suite is exceptionally large and has a whirlpool tub in the bedroom and a king size Stearns and Foster mattress. The French Suite is elegant.
