Bed and Breakfast Description

The Hounds Tooth Inn is a twelve guestroom hotel and a cottage bed and breakfast with a Victorian flair, situated on 3.5 acres - two minutes from the tourist community of Oakhurst on Highway 41, ten minutes from Bass Lake, twelve miles from the southern entrance to Yosemite National Park.

Offering views of the Sierras and walks by seasonal creeks. Relax in our private garden area below the house. Yosemite National Park, one of our national treasures, is within an easy drive.

Breakfast includes a variety of breads, cereals, fruit dish, sweet cake, juice, coffee, teas and a hot dish.

Enjoy private rooms with fireplace and/or Jacuzzi and relax in our casual elegance.

Hounds Tooth Room #11: Decorated in black and tan, this corner room is on the 2nd floor with a view of our seasonal creek and the surrounding Sierras. Enjoy a glass of wine while soaking in private spa tub. Pop a movie into the VCR and just snuggle up.

The 'Summer House': A separate 850 sq. ft. luxury suite with a spa, fireplace, king bed, refrigerator, microwave, private patio and garden. Excellent for honeymoons, special occasions, extended stays and small families.
